Department Member List Format

The information you send us with your sponsored members has to have a very particular format.  We prefer that this be pasted into actual message text rather than as an attached file.

Each line must consist of

<name> (<phone#>) 

where

  <name> is the members name

  <phone#> is the 10 digit phone number to which text pages are sent

The phone number can be replaced with the members email address, but this is much less reliable for a group list.
